This piece took me way too long. I probably could have worked a little more on it, but it's gotten to the point where all the work I had been putting off, in order to finish this, has finally caught up to me, and if I don't just post this and get this out of the way now, then I'm totally gonna sink in the amount of work I have to do, esp since a ton of finals are coming up.
So ya, here's an actual serious piece for once. Last time I did one of these mega-hour projects (I worked a good 22 or 23 hours on this, mostly on the line art phase) was my South Park piece in mid-February, over two months ago... and then, before that, since summer. These kinds of hardcore-effort pieces occur once in a blue moon.
