My first decent CG of ChibiChibi. I love her in the manga! She is so sweet!
Well. It seems I am getting my inspiration back. At last _-_
Oh yes. Before anyone says anything... Yes, I changed her scepter a little. Yes. I forgot her tiara. And yes! The round thing in the background is the moon. I wanted it to look simple so it will stay like this :/
I may change the rest of the background later cause I am not totally happy with it >_<

It so awesome! Crit: The wings look a bit sharp, all you need to do is use the blur tool though and that's barely notice-able with everything else being so beautiful!
