A japanese version of the original Magnus and Hot Rod. U can tell from the japanese logo (which was hard to obtain) and U may be wonderin' why Ultra Magnus is in different colors, well this was originaly his diaclone color schemes that was exclusive to Japan. He also made an apperence in the 1986 Transformers the movie teaser for Japan in 1991 with his diaclone colors.

I thought the Japanese kept a little bit of blue around the head section of Ultra Magnus. cause I thought for a sec that Ultra Magnus was the fused with Hot Rod
