I really like this because it's exactly as I saw it in my mind, excluding the harsh lines that were created by the edge of the pastels in the background

Very primal and rough. I get a kind of child-like depression and innocence from the thick, chalky lines, but the subject is anything but.

Interesting contrasts, whether intentional or not.
