Well, here's something I've been working on for a bit.
I thought I'd just use it as an entry for Fox Amoore's contest, seeing as it's in the Rock cathegory.
I did some extra work on the drums on this one, and recorded the guitars using this:

That's my recording secret right there, rubber bands, busted mics, and things I shouldn't use, but end up using them anyways
The idea struct me when I was noodling on a keyboard, and named it "Lovely morning" due to the fact that it sounded light-hearted.
That's my posing on the preview picture also hehe.
Now, for the musicians here, this song was pretty interesting, because I kept switching back and forth between major and minor scales on the solos, also used various modes, that gave the song a nice interesting twist, and it was fun to play.

Sweet, calming and simple. This is a very inspirationnal piece.
My only complain would be the piano track at the beginning, having the "left hand" notes played at the same time as the "right hand" ones left the spaces empty and lacking of completion, and it confused me a little when the drums started, since the beat basically starts before the first piano notes and I hadn't realised it by then.
I really like the guitar solo though, maybe adding a second guitar making simple chords in background would help backing it up and avoiding having it contrasting a tad too much with the piano.
