This is probably by second Flash movie of any significant length (First one being the as of yet incomplete "Revelations of a Master", which is on hold due to the fact that I have no visual reference whatsoever for one of the characters in the script.
Note: Delia is a name I made up for Doppel, as she's only been referred to by the name of Doppel...
