Legend of a winter

An old legend tells about the harsh winter in the old time. The cold wind that kills every creature, the thick snow that covers everything and makes it hard to find a way through it. But it also tells about the voice of winter. It´s a silent whisper, nothing more. And only a few can hear it. Those who can, will never get lost in the snow, they will always find their way in the thick snow and they will never die in the harsh coldness.

Felt like drawing something different. I wanted to make a whole pic AND finish it. At the moment I cannot finish anything. Neither commissions nor own stuff. It´s either boring or it just takes so damn long. Gah. So I stopped working on one com and browsed through some galleries on dA. And that´s what I found, MichiTheThird ´s new character. Hmm, I love those colors. ^^ I made a quick sketch in PS and wanted to color it in Corel Painter. Nice program btw, but I cannot use it. My comp has too little memory. I just could make the bg, I finished it and the character in PS. Added some effects, some snowflakes, a frame and the text. Voilà! (gah, my snow sucks, but I like it in a way)
So, I make random gift or fanart. FEAR ME!! I kiddnap characters I like and put them into a piece of art.

So, gotta go now and work on my coms again.
