a phobia of hurting/slitting Achilles tendon

i've been wearing those ugly long socks all week cuz
i feel like every time i lay down with the my achilles showing that they are just itching for some horror movie guy to come in and have his way with them D8


even as i am sitting in my chair right now like every couple of minutes i get very uncomfortable and have to reposition my feet its wierd feeling this for the first time
