I like to tell people to keep their pencils sharp, color in light layers (darken gradually with darker or complementary colors, not added pressure) and use black sparingly (even with black in the outfit, sometimes it's better to use dark blues or violets in its place.) But I really don't know how useful that would be to you--it's basic stuff, and I think the coloring on this piece is lovely.
I do think the shadow over her chest ought to wrap around the contours of her body. The straightness almost makes her look flat on the one side. Eh, it's a nice drawing overall. :3
