Ahh another kawaii Sephiroith picutre. You draw him so well. Though I think that its the moogle that really steals this piece. He's just so adorable. I want a pet moogle!
I also like the fact that you leave your backgrounds transparent. There's nothing to take away from the character. You did a super cute job on this.
