This is K'ak'al Chak (fiery Rain) of the Ba'lam people, his title is Ah Chih(hunter). Chak is in full Ah Chih uniform.
Technicly all Ba'lam are hunters though some, like Chak are better than others. They, in turn make up the Ba'lam version of an elite core/police force.
