Yes, this is Inuyasha related. The characters are Inuyasha, Sesshoumaru, InuTaisho. Basiclly a father and sons deal... Inuyasha did something bad, and Sesshoumaru was blamed for it. InuTaisho is punishing them both, by putting collars on them. He knows Inuyasha and Sesshoumaru hate each other, so he stuck them together as their punishment.
It's hard being a daddy... no?
