Neat work! I love the coloring here and how clean it looks, and the characters look pretty cool too. Kind of a mix between fantasmal and cute at the same time. =D

Uh... I don't really think I could crit this if I tried. I can't imagine why they didn't accept it. Maybe they didn't like the muscles or something. Well, whatever to them.
This is a very clean, impressive piece. It's got a nice background, and the powerful landing pose is very good, with the movement/speed lines and indication of displaced air under her foot.. Anyway, I never got into Neopets myself, but I still think it's awesome. Good work
