Once again, great work with the lineart =) Very detailed, I like it ^^
Naruto's in a pretty cool pose with this one, but I think the 3/4 man's-eye-view of the pic detracts from its dynamic effect. You may want to look into how to place things within a picture to enhance the effects you want, but for now I would suggest doing something more creative with the horizon line and putting a little more space in front of the character next time.
