Haha, pretty nice. :) Looks like noir! I think some mid-tones could be added a bit more on him, as there's a lot of black. It makes it look pretty cool, but it kind of makes him look like a dark-looking creature. Also, those eyes are pretty creepy--not sure if it was intentional or not, but they almost look like lightsources in and of themselves. :) A few more whites could be added to parts of him, but overall, nice.
Not bad for 30 min. I can see all the features and it creates a mood. This I hope is what you aimed to achieve? If so, then well done. I take my hat of to anyone that can do that in 30min.
Very nice 30 min drawing. I like the highlights, midtones, and shadows you made on this creature, or the appearance of. The only thing that scares me is the eye, or lack one. I get an eerie feeling from it. Great job!

I'd say make the background black. Then it'd stand out by virtue of its hilights and look totally BADASS. And it needs a penis on its chest.
