While I'd love to critique this, I feel that I'm in no position to give tips, or critisize your work based on my experience. That and terrible weeaboo artists shouldn't be giving critiques (self-jab). So please don't get mad at me for trying.
In my own personal opinion, I like this piece, your source of light seems to be coming from the lit cig, this is rather neat, and sets the mood for the picture itself, meloncholic in a way. The smokes seems like it needs to feel more open and free. The chin seems unforgivingly unrealistic, so I'm trying to figure out whether or not your intentions were to over-exaggerate the anatomy, in a fun, fresh, cartoony way.
If this is the case then I feel as though critisizing your anatomical correctiveness is debatable. Things such as the chin, and forehead seem too small to me. That or the innards such as the eye and nose are too big. Levelling things out might help, but again, if this was intentional, don't listen to a word I've said. Also I just realized this is a WIP.
Although, I will say that Sheezy is not my favorite place to ask for critique, if you can stand to take a lot of emotional damage and continue to work, I would suggest asking the Artwork Critique board on 4chan. Honestly though, it all falls down to whether or not YOU like it. This is YOUR style.
I feel rather stupid for writing all of this now, but I also feel that if I didn't, no one else would. So keep on working on it, and I'd love to see the finished piece. (I feel awkward posting this on April 1st...)
