For something you don't get

Stop hounding me for the answer
And just leave me alone

Or maybe it's something,
Something personal to me

And the more that you pester me,
The harder you fall
So why don't you stop right there?
Things are better left unsaid
Because no matter what you think,
You can't see inside my head
And no matter what you say,
Sometimes things are going fine--
I just need to blow off steam
And be away for some time
And no matter what you do,
When you see me in the zone
Ignore the impulse to find out what's "wrong"
And just leave me alone

Its very true, unfortunately, from the person who's asking point of view, They are just trying to help, and flipping out and saying they ' wouldn't understand' only makes them hurt and confused, because they didn't do anything wrong...Nice poem though ^^ Me likey.

You present this debate assuming the said person, who is worried about the ' just leave me alone' er, is doing this to satisfy their curiosity. That is just a selfish way to pester people, and not always correct. By just telling a friend, It makes you feel better and get over it, and you can talk to otehr people without being an antisocial recluse all day. Did it ever occure to said person that people actually CARE or WORRY about them? Or that the way they act affects others? Yes, maybe its not about the person, but its also not all about the ' just leave me alone'er. If its something of their personal privacy, then they shouldn't be punishing other people anyway, and should state so, instead of replying childishly ' just leave me alone'.
Sometimes, that person Just wants to help, And pretending other people are idiots and can't figure out when someones upset, is just plain rude.
I'm sorry for caring, Clearly we should all act like selfish pigs.
