I like the flow of the brushstrokes in this one. The colors are great, and the variety of colors look great together, like how the reds suit the other colors at the bottom left of the picture.
I can't really see any figure before reading your comment though. And the whole picture looks a bit weird... The picture is like viewed by a Windows computer running on 256 colors. The effect is there, but it doesn't subtract much from the image. It looks very good.
