Description

This is part of the Stargazing series that I was talking about.
This took me about 2 days to make (with procrastination and laziness in between ). It was difficult at first but as soon as I got into it, it became much easier.

I got the clouds from Google and photoshoped them a bit. You will not recognize the clouds to the left because I did a lot of editing/deleting (erase tool with a cloudy/textured brush)

Hope you like it! I like it. I guess that is a good sign lol (I tend to be overly critical of my own work).

Please comment if you like it. I would like to know your opinion, ideas, and what you think I should add/do next time. I read and reply to all of my comments.

It's sometimes very hard to integrate photography with lots of fantasy concepts without heavy modification, but ScarryGirl has managed to pull it off splendidly here, hats off!

GreyBird05 Says:

Woooooooow! This is amazing. So pretty.

Arden Says:

its very pretty and soft on the eyes.
its simple to be honest, not a lot to it.
you should of maybe added more stars, planets could be a bit more detailed.
the sky would also maybe look better if it were slowly getting darker from bottom to top.
exparement, thats how we learn. tho thats all just my opinion, your doing rather well on your own.
keep it up :)

Fonzu Says:

Very beautiful.

Redsun Says:

Very lovely friend. ~~

RockStarKittyBabe Says:

Ohhh, this is beautiful. :) It looks like mountains by my house.

Minstrel Ayreon Says:

Good job! I'm going to have to disagree with Arden, with all due respect, and say that its simplicity is its virtue. Sometimes I find photomanips more "convincing" if the manipulation is done in a subtle, understated way. Obviously different artists have different taste...so maybe you could keep this style as one option among others.

The Enchanted Shoe Says:

It's really nice, makes me think of the mountains around Trehafod and the Rhondda (where I live).

I can't see anything wrong with it.
Definate fav!

redmagexero Says:

I like this piece. The only thing that does bother me is the way the clouds don't mesh with each other. It seems strange. I have no clue how to fix it, I am not very good a photo manipulation.
sorry. But I enjoy the view that you offer the viewer.
