Yeah, so. After removing layers of dust from my SNES and speeding through Megaman X 1-3 recently, I felt like quickly doing something Megaman-themed.
So, here's X and Zero.
Is there actually anyone out there who didn't think Zero was a chick when X1 came out? I never met someone who wasn't deceived by the hair yet.
Okay, by now I've seen some negative responses regarding that issue on devart. But still! Back when I was a kid and the game was new, everyone I knew who also had played X1 thought Zero was a chick!
My dibs on the nipple-diamonds as some secondary factor, beside the hair.
Originally a Painter IX speedpainting of roughly 1,5 hours, later polished with some additional 3,5-4 hours of work.

Painter, hmm Frage, schafft man das irgendwann da durchzusteigen? Habe Painter acht und knoble rum, doch ich bringe nix zustande und gehe zurück zu Photoshop - was nicht Sinn der Sache war. Auf jeden Fall eine schöne sauber Colo. Habe von Megaman und Konsorten keine Ahnung, deshalb bleibt ich mal eben auf der Colo hängen :)
