Beautiful. I love the lady's expression. Very nice. The only thing I see wrong with it is that the wolf's hind feet seem to be twisted at very odd angles. the knees would point out more if they were like that.
Pretty awesome piece ^^. I really like how the border gives the picture a nice flow and the wings on the border are awesome. The only things I can give advice on is Possibly on the forelims they look very human and I dont know if that is your intention but if it isn't I'd go check out some refrence on a place like corbis.com. And the other thing is that it seems like your scan dosen't do your drawing the justice deserves (crazy smufgey pencils). For situations like that It's probally better to ink it like you planned but I know how time can get away from ya and a new picture starts. I really love the whole thing and I hope to see more from ya as time goes on ^^.
wow you use so much detail! however some of it appears smudged, but perhaps that's just my eyes being stupid o.0 haha anyways, this is a great piece of artwork. you have a wonderful talent
Nice, compositionally and excecutionally. :) I think my favorite parts are the castle in the background and the wolf.. Especially the wolf's back legs. Those are freakin' awesome. Not like a real wolf's anatomy, but cool nonetheless. :) I think the one thing you could fix with the wolf is that it looks like its forepaw is up a little bit high on the ground--lower it a bit and it'd be awesome :). I think also you could bump up the contrast between the dragon and the girl--they're merging a little bit.
So I'm FINALLY going to put off my homework and crit something.
First off: I -LOVE- this composition. The woman looks perfect, and the feathers are really well drawn. I think you put just the right amount of detail into the castle, whether that was intentional or not. My main issues with the image are two things: first off, I love those wings, but I'm a little confused (mostly because the softness of the lines makes it difficult to tell) where they are attached. Are they attached to the girl's back, her head, or the dragon in the background? I think this is actually an easy fix, though, if you want to just take it into Photoshop and use the Burn tool to darken some lines. :)
The second thing is the hind legs, which is funny because just told me how she likes them (and the comment says so). My main issue is the feet themselves. I saw that you said that you weren't going for correct wolf anatomy, which is totally fine. The reason they're alittle weird for me is because they flare out so much. To me it seems that maybe the ankle should be a little thicker to accomidate all those bones.
...actually, I was just reminded of this next point, too. I like what you're doing with the claws, but they'd maybe look a bit more "possible" if you inset the claws into the toes. My friend just put this really well to me; he said that, as they are right now, they look more like toe bones poking out the ends that have been sharpened. Then again, if you're GOING for that look, than disregard. X3
And on yet another side note, the dragon's head is fine, but the wolf's head seems a little flat to me. Maybe you could fix this by making the wolf's profile into a 3/4-shot? (as in, you'd see a tiny bit of the other eye/checkbone).
I believe that was all I was going to say. There was one more thing, though, and that's this: I *REALLY* like this composition.. I wanted to ask you if I would have your permission to digitally paint it when I have more time? (I'm interested in coloring people's lineart partly to get in the practice, because I really need it. :( But also because I really like what other people come up with.) But that's all. :) I hope I've helped. Sorry I took so long!

Other than that, freakin' kickass.
