The Deceiver

The deceiver waits in the shadow

Trying to find a hidden foe

Undecided of what to trust

Believing what the deceiver must

Believeing something for so long

Only to find out that it's wrong

The deceiver finds out what was right

Only what was right was lost

Because deceiving has a cost

Many times the deceiver loses

Because the deceiver is the heart.
