Anyway, it's Neo Queen Serenity, because she's awesome and doesn't get enough love. And I'm on a Sailor Moon kick (if my scanner cooperates expect some Black Lady... soonish). Pardon all the obvious errors I made, I didn't have an image reference in front of me and I know I royally messed up on her crown and dress.
Actually, I made the dress more poofy than the usual slim down version... because I could
(well, to be honest, I drew it that way because it's easier than drawing a body hugging dress...)
