Is she your own character, juts doodled character or from some manga/anime?
if she is not from manga/anime, she really looks like she could be ^______^ From series like Angels Sanctuary (somehow she reminds me of Metatron, thought Metatron is a young boy, not a girl ) or Chobits.
Red colors look pretty in this pic. Manga pics are usually very lightful pics, so I´m happy to see some stronger colors in this particular picture ^_____^

but can i suggest maybe define the clothing...its kinda bit blurry there (unless that was intentional than thats fine)...
