For SaiTeyaa's contest to draw a sonic-esque original girl character with green skin, wearing something blue, fancy shoes and a background. Only I could hear those things and think "titty bar!!!"
Touch ups with gimp. The rest with colored pencil and watercolor. Roughly 4 hours for everything.
