No. I based the helmet off him, but most eveything was inspired by Republic Commando and Delta/Omega squad's armour.
I was going to make him green, but HES NOT MASTER CHIEF, SO I'LL MAKE HIS ARMOUR BLACK OR SOMETHING K?
