Ray Almonai, a cleric of the order of Farlanghn, the God of Roads, with his animal familiar, the winter wolf Tempest. They met when Ray sat atop a building near the walls of Moor. Tempest, drawn to the binding circle's power, froze the guards to join up with Ray, which cost him 10 gold, but now they work together, and Tempest gets to see what life is like when looking out for and being looked out for by another.
