The title...it's a joke...ya know the rapper Notorious B.I.G.? Well...yep. xD Anywho, that's this guy's nickname, because, frankly, he's a badass lol. x)

Ah, Brogan...OLD, forgotten character! I was looking through my old drawing books and was liek...OMGit'sBrogan!!! So...I drew him again! Whee! xD

Oh yes, I'm changing my canine style around, but it may be hard to tell. I'm starting to do muzzles and legs differently, and I have been practicing with expressions.
