And the scarf looks wonky floating like that with no animation on it. Oo If you're going to use anime-esque cheater hold-frames all the time, don't put in a completely static follow-through element, it just draws attention to how lazy your animation is. :( If the scarf wasn't supposed to be blowing at all, it would not be so obvious.
Sorry if this seems harsh. :( You seem to know way more about Flash than I did prior to this year, but honestly, this needs a lot of work before it's worthy of any recognition, even the front page of Sheezy.
