I really love how you used a monochomatic scheme here. And then, your attention is really drawn into the eyes - which aren't too vibrant, still in the same tone as the rest of the picture..so it's not bad.

This is a pretty neat picture.
Although I'm a 'Vegeta follower' I do like a bit of Goku on the side.
