Goodness me. Ok. Here's a beauty.
I started making music about 4 years ago. 1 year into that I got a soundcard which allowed me to use soundfonts. So, I started making music with my own sounds. This remix of Act 1, 2, and 3 of Cyber Track was using those sounds.
The remixes are done using Anvil Studio. Well, really it's not a remix. I notated each song by hand, from scratch, note for note. It took a long time, back then, since I was inexperienced, but gosh I learned alot from it.
An interesting thing to note is that I created every instrument and drum in the song myself. That wouldn't really be anything big, but I did it using a drum synthesizer for both the instruments and the drums. I was really, really stupid back then, and wasn't aware of all the ways to synthesize things, and I thought drum synthesizers were the only way to make instruments.
Course, like I said, I learned ALOT about programming synths. :]
Hope you all enjoy. Even if they're old, they're still cool.
Original songs are copyrighted to SEGA. These MIDI renderings are mine.

oh man, that was made of awesome, I wish I could find a way to download it (though I understand that would probably be problematic copyright wise).
Really really cool stuff. Have you thought of uploading your remixes to OCR?

And that was just by lookin at it!
Oh, by the way, very cool, who said you couldn't make good music in Anvil?

Ahh. This sounds almost 16 bit too.
I like this one. Very good remix, I wouldn't consider this as ugly though.
