Gate and Ikusu... can you feel the love?
Looks like Ikusu escaped from the study tank Gate had him locked in. Gate stuck him with several doses of anti-virus, though... and as it travels through the blood, it damages any of Ikusu's cells it comes in contact with, including those in the blood vessel walls.
Fortunately, Gate has used this strain of anti-virus on Ikusu before, so Ikusu will recover.

I still say this rocks out loud. Especially for being an oekaki. Ikusu seriously looks smex. And they both look so spiteful. X3 This is the point where Ri has to come in and hose them down with cold water or something.
DD (Or more likely get attacked and mortally wounded so they forget their differences and help her... <_< ) You're getting really awesome at male anatomy, you know that? I love all the cables here, too. ^^ I honestly think the broken glass could have used just a little work- refs are great for that. I pulled a lot of broken glass refs for one of my latest pics. Anyway, yeah, this is love. All your stuff is.
