It's getting better. I'm liking the way the shoulders oppose the hips and the overall hotness of the pose, and the shading ain't half bad, neither.
Suggestions:
-Her ear looks a little small. Is it partially covered by her hair?
-Her right forearm looks a little long, and it looks like you could put a little more detail into the hands.
-Something's... wrong with the legs. I can't totally place it, but it feels like one leg's longer than the other. And the cloth folds look a little bland on it.
