New eye style and blinking loop

Yeah. This is what I get for playing Contact too much: I get to the point where I "Inspire" from the artistic style, and no, I don't mean the sprites. The eyes, at least, were the most inspired, but the rest of my style remains. I'm guessing that if I draw my eyes like this, it would be Hella easier to animate. heh. That's laziness for you.
