Pert's Valentine
I've yet to be able to explain any of Perty Williams but trust me this is very suiting to him and yes he is that pale for a reason and does have a large mouth. I used some photoshop brushes but I don't really remember where I got them so if they belong to you I'm sorry for not crediting here but I'll change that in the future if you stumble upon them. I know I got them on DA somewhere.
