Ah, yes...Sotel. I've watched Speedblitz long enough on deviantART to actually know who this little Japanese Otter is. I find him quite cute in this particular picture as well as many others. I would say that his eyes do make him special...The colors you added here are so mesmirizing too. Awesome work, as expected.
