it looks like something out of a manga artbook!! it's absolutely beautiful. my only critique is that her one arm looks kind of stiff. but that's just a minor, annoying detail.
The dress design is simply beautiful, the character is nicely done and pose looks really nice; i also like the coloring wich is totally awesome, really nice work.
Aww, don't be so down on yourself about the hair! Let's just say it's MILES better than the miserable attempt at red hair I just got finished with tonight!
It matches SO well with that shade of blue, though, and the whole outfit has a wonderful sense of movement to it. More detailed than your average anime/manga, for sure!
