An Open Canvas doodle. I messed and inked on the sketch level, and thus it's slightly grainy due to me having to edit it a bit.
Who knows what kinda seedy deal Scarface and Penguin have agreed on, but Wesker doesn't look happy about it at all.
But then, he never looks happy.
