A couple of Dave expressions, a sideview for Dave and a front face for noodles.
Those last 2 might change a bit though, not completely satisfied with them.
I also put Dave and noodles next to each other so you can compare their sizes. Dave's face is neutral how it will look most of the time, hope that clears up some worries of people who didn't like the big mouth in the other picture, it was just an expression =)

According to this pie, looks like you might be facing some problems. I love the new artwork but my biggest problem with Dave is his sandwich. Speaking as a foodie, cook and baker, it's odd there is not texture. What kind of bread is it? Is it German or Italian?
On all seriousness though, Noodles looks fine. It's either Dave's legs are too long (for me) or maybe we are all too used to the old designs? The difficulty for your next Flash will be the tweening and the movements of Dave and now, since you are going to use facial expressions, I would love to see how this will work out.
