Drew this at my friend's house during our "Artistic Hour" where we drew/painted with the limited amount of items available to us.
I only had a pen available at the moment when I started this, and I wanted to add some color so I used a leaky kind of blue pen which at first messed up the picture. In the end however, I was able to fix it in a way and ended up with a blue umbreon with the glowing blue rings on its body. Yay. Oh and that symbol on there means moon.
