Well there is supposed to be a giant Ice Cave behind this guy but you can pretend it's there x.x I ran out of time to work on this piece X_X Grrrrrrrrr I wish I had more time to work on it.
Anyway this was a request for a friend in my class up at Job Corps. She wanted a Tattoo design of a White Tiger Dragon stretching out holding a black rose within his talons. His wings torn and tattered and so on. Beyond that I had to go on what I felt was right
Which was so much fun ^.^ I loved this piccy eeeeeeeeeee so cute!
I messed up on one part though x.x The rose is supposed to be outlined in RED not black
