Where to start. . . This creature is Shadow. I created both him, and 7 others back in 6th grade. I did not have a name for his race back then. But I did have how I wanted them to look and be. But now, about or over 5 years later. I have them how I want them to be 100%. Shadow is a Varlesian. Creatures that are not to be mistaken for Vars. The only relation between the two is that both races were created by Luna Cosmos Beros, with silver blood. Besides that, anatomy, and appearance wise, the two are different in many ways.
Varlesians are guardians. They are the soul protectors of. . . well, their chosens. For example, Shadow is Luna's Varlesian guardian. The only true blooded Varlesian is Lunatea, the first and last of her kind, which is another form of Luna Beros. The other Varlesians are "copies" an accident Luna Beros did trying to help Lunatea live with others of her "race" . But because at the time Luna Beros was young, she did not think things through 100% *sweat* So each Varlesian has 90% of her power. Which even now has not even found her limits.
But Shadow, he was the first try at making the Varlesian race and was the biggest, but best mistake. He unlike the other Varlesians is black with blue markings, larger, and has 98% of Luna Beros' power. Varlesians are beyond snowy white (Best ref now is Okami) with silver markings. The only color being their eyes. Shadow is the only one to have another color fur and markings. A Rouge, or a black sheep amongst white sheep.
Varlesians can change the shape of their body to best protect the one they guard. A quote once said when I first made them by my friend Lilith " Guardian? Or Perfect Killing Machine? " So yes, they are the perfect killing creation. Their fur may look white. OR in Shadow's case. Black. But it's like tampering with daimonds 100x stronger then Earth's. They have blades along their backs, and on their arms. They can hear, but do not have ears. What you see are horns. Along their eyes is like an armor. Hard bone and thick.
Besides that, this is Luna's guardian, a being that only lets their chosen see them visibly at all times. The only time others see them is if they want to be seen or if your about to be killed. They do have a humanoid form. But only the Chosen sees that, and because it's like finding the one piece of your being and soul. It's such a precious gift and secret, you never tell anyone. Varlesians are you, and they will only appear to you if they know you will accept them. Because they love you no matter what, for they are you. And if you even look scared of them, it's like stabbing them in the heart that will never heal, and a pain that will never leave. To not trust your own Guardian is death to them.

I'll put up more info on them when I am finished with Lunatea and the others. For now, this is just a taste. There is so much more about them that I may or may not tell. Just for now, the general info.
