I wanted a Dr. O wallpaper, but there's apparently a lack of them on the internets. So I made one. Quickly... Vectored a screenshot, and colored it in photoshop quite poorly lol.
WIN! This has to be one of my favorite cartoon series of all time. And he has to be my second favorite character from that show. Right after the obvious Dr. Girlfriend.
