I took this picture on a snowy day, this whole pathway is just covered in graffiti and litter, same as all the surrounding area. It's almost as if they've given up trying to stop it.
I really love this, reminds me of the scene near the begining of Silent Hill (movie) when rose is walking down those steps and the sirens start to go off....very kool
