Stari (Aquillastar) is a strange case. Born a Pteri, she could never take wing into the air. Then she was morphed into a Plushie Chomby, but a strange long term encounter with a Magical Pteri Plushie brought out her Pteri roots again. She grew a second coat of fabric under the fading top one, and then when it matured through what seemed like a long illness, she cast off her old skin and Chomby spots to reval Pterii patches! She even sleeps in a nest of twigs like a bird! (no worms though!)
So, this is sympathetic magic. By her drawing herself as a Pteri flying, maybe her soul can finally do what her body could not.
I know, her tail is WAY too thin!
