Diving in a Dream

Before I decided on a Maraquan Draik for Misty, there was the Maraquan Blumaroo that caught my eye. I changed the neon green seahorse's colors to something a little less bright. She never actually was a Maraquan Blumaroo, just concept art if the lab ever behaved.
