An original composition based on the genre and timbre of Native American traditional music. The Lone Coyote is one of my slightly older pieces of work (mid 2006), but since my music here has soared in interest, I'm going to make sure you all get a chance to listen to my previous works as well as my new ones.
From my research into this kind of music, it involves a lot of pentatonic scales (i.e C Pentatonic is C D E G A C), quite similar to eastern (japan etc). I've made these quite prominent on the woodwind instruments, the flute and the recorder (especially in the main rhythmic dance section). Percussion also plays a large part in a lot of tribal and traditional music, thus I incorporated several native drums like the Taiko, Bongo and Agogo. Tuned percussion is also a favoured aspect, thus the Marimba and the Xylophone (i've learned that these REALLY assist in the rhythmic section of the song, which as I said is important in this genre.)
I won't bore you with the theory any longer

Have a lot of fun and thank you for taking the time to listen.
Best Wishes,
Fox Amoore.

wow, this is really good
and it never bores^^

Hey! Pentatonic! I heard that word in music last year!
...Shame I completely suck at the subject...
Anyway. This had a very nice feel about it; it reminds me of funeral music, but the kind of funeral where you celebrate the person's life instead of mourning their death. The woodwind parts are very nice.

It sounds more like Peruvian panpipe than Native American music ("Native American" meaning "native North American"). Sounds like an epic scene from a video game when the main characters are searching for the lost gold of Machu Picchu. Thumbs up!

beautiful ^^

Very lovely!

Really cool like usually, sir
This one doesn't have as much going on as most of your other works on Sheezy though. But I can see why for this. But anyway, you seem to know a lot about theory, huh? I really need to learn some theory, because I barely know any. Is there anywhere you think I can go to for research to help build up my knowledge that won't melt my brain with scale-talk? Hahaha.

I like the percussions, they give the mood.
...and then I wish I had Symphony of Voices...
