Captain Malcolm Reynolds

So, over on one of the other forums I belong to, they have monthly themes for dolling. Basically like the challenges we were doing here. January's was 'Wild West' and the last day to turn in a doll for it was today. Nothing like cutting it right down to the wire, eh? Yes, well... I've been in a terrible shlump lately, so... I'm really proud of this.

Anyway, when I saw the theme, I instantly thought of that Sci-Fi mini series 'Firefly' and it's accompanying movie 'Serenity'. I fell in love with both when I watched them. So... I decided I just had to do a character from there. After all, the show mixes the old west with the orient and with the future. How could it not be appropriate, right?

Well, I did Malcolm Reynolds, the captain of the firefly class spaceship named 'Serenity'.

I'm really super happy with his hair. And his boots are love for me.
