Voice Acting Tips: Impersonations

I might actually make more of these. We'll see. Here's me tackling the mic again.

Not much to say... It's not that great. Just wanted to do another mic sketch.

Oh, I know. You should try to learn your range, find some voices close to it and try to match 'em that way. You can train your range by attempting to break the limits, too, and that way you can be awesome and create your own voices. Even if you can't quite match the voice, you've probably already found a new voice in you.

I can't go extremely high or extremely low, it seems. That Peach is probably about the highest I can manage... No, I can probably go a little higher, but not much higher. I can't do Leia Organa for crap, because I've tried voicing her, but it's much too low/unique for me. All in all, I'm pretty medium with a fair diameter of voiceage. I've voice acted girls, boys, old folks, babies, and odd creatures alike. I might do another sketch on accents, but I'm still pondering...

So, yeah, as I was saying, know your range. The same goes for singing voices. Good luck!
