It's Cinny! A character I adore, yet draw so rarely. I doubt anybody'll recognize her. :3 It is to be expected, though. I revamped her quite a bit.
I was afraid the colouring wouldn't turn out as good as my previous painting, but I'm satisfied with the result. :'D
